This is Lule's 2005 litter of nine puppies.
They are large pups with the beautiful fawn sable coat and masking that is characteristic of all purebred Kangal Dogs. The dark dorsal stripe and dark legs that you see on the puppies is characteristic of the sable pattern, and will fade as the puppies mature. Likewise, the heavy sabling that makes some of the puppies look very dark will diminish as they grow. Several of these pups will end up as very clear pale sable, like their sire, and several will have more shading about the head and feet at maturity. One female looks like she might even end up with Lule's beautiful, wolflike sable coat. All of the pups have beautiful dark masks and velvety black ears.
We breed only genuine, typey, purebred Turkish Kangal Dogs.
Our aim is to preserve the working-dog temperament and structure of the Kangal Dog breed, while improving health and longevity for the long-term welfare of the breed. Puppies are bred carefully and occasionally, and available to the right homes. Breeding-status puppies available to qualified persons only. Enquiries welcome.
