Chilek-Chomar-pups
3 Females, 3 Males, born May 24 2004. Most of these photos were taken when the pups were 10 months old, making their mark at UKC shows. We are very proud of this litter--these pups are maturing into beautiful dogs that are everything we had hoped for and then some! These pups have great hips on both sides of their pedigree, and we hope and expect that they will make an important contribution to the future health of the Kangal Dog breed in this country. Chilek's best point is her fantastic working-dog temperament, and Chomar provides the muscular, athletic structure reminiscent of his daddy, Eti.

Three of these dogs are working livestock guardians, the other three are companions and family guardians. All were raised with their mother in a goat paddock, and they are proving that they can do it all!
Note to self: A fine day outdoors is definitely better for showing Kangal Dogs at their best!
